Here’s a helpful tip!
Provide your clients with access to any Covid-19 safety documents your service providers have added to their content, on your Day Tours and Multi-Day Tours.🎠You can now display COVID-19 notices for Accommodation, Activities and Services on your day tour outputs. Whether you create standalone tours or add existing Day or Multi-Day Tours to client itineraries – here’s how:
- If you want to publish your own day tours, add products in your Itinerary Builder Accommodation and Planner stages – the results available will display the COVID-19 icon beside service providers that have COVID-19 docs. Save and preview: a notification banner at the top of the itinerary will show that docs are available for download, indicated by a COVID-19 icon on standalone one-day or multi-day tour itineraries.
- Add existing Day Tours with COVID-19 notices to an itinerary in the Itinerary Builder Planner stage. Click the Day Tour button to view all available Day Tours, including those with COVID-19 docs indicated by the COVID-19 icon. You can preview the Day Tour at this stage.
- Add existing Multi-Day Tours with COVID-19 notices to an itinerary in the Itinerary Builder Accommodation stage. Click the Add Component button and select the Multi-Day Tour option to view all available Multi-Day tours, including those with COVID-19 docs indicated by the COVID-19 icon. You can preview the Multi-Day tour at this stage.
