Touching base with clients regularly and forming new partnerships is a big part of planning and prepping for sustained success. Attending international trade shows helps us connect the dots: we make ourselves available to people seeking solutions and learn from the feedback we get from progressive players in the trade like you! Were you there? If you came round to say hello, thanks! If not, we’ll catch you next time.. Like at WTM London (5-7 November) where you can find us at Stand TT426 or email us for an appointment.

The Magical Kenya Travel Expo was an opportunity to share our solutions to the challenges around travel content with operators/DMCs/agents selling Africa and suppliers based there. Intrepid Wetu warriors Luvuko, Tiaan and Paul brought the magic.

You don’t always know what you need until someone points out what you could be doing better and how you should profit. Here’s Team Wetu in Nairobi connecting with the African trade, getting jiggy with the Masai, breaking hearts and spreading the gospel of inspiring content.🇰🇪

Ruta de las Aguas is a new Argentine-Chilean venture with a collective of operators and hotel suppliers collaborating on a circular route that covers the area from San Carlos de Bariloche across the Andes into the northern Chilean extremities. Team Wetu in Buenos Aires presented our publishing solutions to connect the various experiences.

With the focus on providing excellence in service, participants were invited to view a sample digital itinerary on the Wetu TravelKey app. Mobile-friendly, interactive itinerary outputs in particular piqued their interest. Holding his audience in rapt attention was Fran, flying the Wetu flag in LAM.🇦🇷

ITB Asia was a flurry of meetings and greetings for Team Wetu in Singapore. Running in between appointments, they’d get spotted and stopped by enthusiastic attendees who knew the Wetu brand. Being able to put faces to names and learn first-hand about the value of the system, tools and service behind the brand, made a big difference to the partnerships we’re building in the region. And to understanding the outcomes that working with Wetu can produce..🇸🇬

We Are Africa North America took place at Sundance Mountain Resort and our Terri went along to demonstrate why content is still king. The line of communication from supplier to operator/DMC/agent to traveller needs good content to hold it together and function optimally, regardless of geography!

Playing broken telephone makes for faulty connections, the root cause of fragmentation in the trade. Content is both solution and strategy for travel companies wishing to grow their businesses. Attending Africa specialists got their first taste of the Wetu story and Terri got her first taste of snow.🇺🇸
