Want to ensure that your Specials are applied and used correctly? You can detail the terms and conditions applicable to each special and also choose who sees which specials. Anyone who views a Special should understand how to apply it correctly.
Under T’s & C’s, give a precise breakdown of what is included or excluded in your Special, as well as any conditions that apply. Namely, the minimum number of guests, the minimum period of stay, whether the special is subject to availability, and so on. 
Regarding Visibility, as you load the Special you can select whom it applies to – make it visible to the general public or only to the Trade. This helps us to show the Special in the correct place(s), such as in your iBrochure and/or in the Specials Portal. The result: the right special finds the right person at the right time!
