The challenge

The Diamond Works Institute in Cape Town is more than just a jewellery store. It offers customers a comprehensive experience, taking them through the entire diamond processing journey, from the arrival of rough stones to the intricate processes of cutting, polishing, grading, and ultimately making jewellery.  

Many of The Diamond Works Institute’s customers are international tourists, so they focus on building relationships with DMCs and tour agents to bring business to their store. However, keeping their network of around 200 partners updated on their latest products and experiences was a time-intensive process, heavily reliant on emails with multiple attachments. Kevin Barry, the Sales and Marketing Executive at The Diamond Works Institute, knew there had to be a better way to manage his marketing content.  

The solution
