You’ve heard about the new Wetu Calendar and want to make good use of it. In order to get a calendar overview, all your confirmed tours must be allocated the correct status in the Itinerary Builder Browser. If there’s nothing at all in your Calendar, a pop-up will guide you to the Browser to change the status of the itinerary/ies you wish to include. Under the Status column, mark confirmed Personal Itineraries as Booked, Paid or Travelled.✅ Those itineraries will show when you access the Calendar on your Dashboard.

Choose whose itineraries you want to view by ticking the boxes beside the consultant names, and voilà! Enjoy a convenient and practical, beautifully laid out presentation of all confirmed itineraries in chronological order, distinguished by colour.
