Select the language by accessing Phone Settings, then navigate to Language and Input. When you’ve made your selection, descriptions in the itinerary will be translated and appear in the correct language on the App.  Ensure you’ve manually added your Daily Notes and Trip Summary in the same language in the Itinerary Builder.
