You want to give your clients their Meet & Greet details in a customised itinerary matching their language needs. With your default content translated into your client’s language, take your service to the next level and ensure all your Meet & Greet details in Admin have translations for the languages of your respective markets. Each translation will become a separate item to be added into itineraries – label them clearly.🏷

Whether it’s a new or existing itinerary you’re working on, when you’re ready to customise it for your new client, start by changing to the relevant language option in the Itinerary Builder Details stage. In the Planner stage delete the existing Meet & Greet (which by default pulls through in the language originally selected when building the itinerary, most likely English). Click the Meet & Greet button again to select the correct language option for your itinerary from the drop down menu. Save and check your preview: the itinerary will now display in your client’s language, including the Meet & Greet details you’ve just added. 🛠A little bit of work goes a long way to showing your client you’ve got their back!
