You want to give your clients their Meet & Greet details in an itinerary customised to match their language needs. With your default content translated into the languages your clients speak, you can take your service to the next level! Ensure all your Meet & Greet details in Admin have translations for the languages of your respective markets, so that each translation becomes a separate item to be added into itineraries – label them clearly.🏷

Inside the Itinerary Builder, whether you’ve built a new itinerary or if you’re working off an existing itinerary, when you’re ready to customise it for your new client, start by changing to the relevant language option in the Itinerary Details stage of the builder. Proceed to the Planner stage and delete the existing Meet & Greet (which will by default pull through in whatever language was originally selected when building the itinerary, most likely English). Click the Meet & Greet button to add it again and select the correct language option for your client itinerary from the drop down menu. Save and check your preview: the itinerary will display in the language you’ve chosen for your client, down to the all important Meet & Greet details you’ve just added. 🛠It’s a little bit of work that goes a long way to impressing your client and showing that you’ve got their back! Just like we do with support@wetu.com if you need a hand.
