Monitor how often your client has browsed the itinerary you built for them (or if they haven’t viewed it at all) or evaluate the popularity of an itinerary you’ve made available to the public. Some destinations or experiences that elicit less interest than others might require tweaking.
Have notifications sent to you directly (with your email address entered under ‘User Details’ in Admin) and you could have them sent to your Agent as well (with their identity details entered as per your re-branding).
